Feed the team something better
The usual sandwich tray does its job, but nobody talks about it afterward. An office lunch from Joan's Jamaican Cuisine is a real meal: jerk chicken grilled smoky and juicy, curry chicken made gentle for milder tastes, oxtail and curry goat for the adventurous, and rice & peas, fried plantains, steamed cabbage & greens and Jamaican mac & cheese to round out the table.

The food is hearty, travels well and is served family-style, buffet-style in chafing dishes — which makes it easy to feed a crowd, and easy for everyone to find something they like, including meat-free favorites.
Planning ahead
As a general rule, caterers recommend planning an event menu two to four weeks ahead for larger gatherings, and earlier still during busy holiday seasons, so there is time to plan the menu and prepare everything fresh.
